Our mission at Broadbent Studio is to help fellow makers create strong visual presences. As a maker, I always have enjoyed creating textile products. I enjoy sewing, dressmaking, quilting, crocheting, embroidery, and trying new techniques. I can appreciate how much work and passion go into every piece made. As a graphic designer, I know the fundamental design skills to save my clients time and money by effectively creating designs that work for them and produce results. As a web designer, my skills and strategies bring your business to your customers in today’s climate.
I am always trying to learn new skills by reading, doing tutorials, and taking classes to keep my skills fresh and up to date.
I also enjoy spending time with my husband, James, and our dog, Ellie, in the backyard, reading with a coffee or getting my hands dirty in the garden.

How much is it to invest in your services?
Our package prices vary between clients because there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all design. Each project is customized to fit our client’s needs and their unique business.
Do you work with local and international clients?
Yes! We can work with anyone around the world. All our appointments and consultations are scheduled using EST.
What about branded collateral pricing (posters, swag, promotional products etc.)?
We have created add-on bundles to our service packages to accommodate the most common requests. The investment of these bundles varies to support customization to each of our clients. If there is something that you don’t see that would you like for your business, please contact us for a custom quote.
Who owns the copyright to our project?
Broadbent Studio retains the intellectual copyright of all our projects, and provides usage rights to our clients which is outlined in our contract. If you would like to obtain the copyright, we can discuss the options at the beginning of the project.
Do you require payment upfront?
Yes, we require a minimum 50% deposit of the quoted investment upfront before any work can proceed and put you in our design queue.
What is a "round of revision," and how many do I get?
A “round of revision” is when the client provides feedback on the stage of the project. This can include an email or verbal conversation. Clients can give feedback up to 2 times during the project. If there are more than 2 rounds of revisions, additional fees will apply.
What if I don't like the design?
Our design process is a collaborative experience. We strive to understand what makes you and your business unique during the initial strategy workshop to ensure that we are on the same page before moving forward with the design.

The foundation of our process is to provide a strategic approach to brand development. Without this crucial step, we cannot guarantee the project’s outcome will be at our standards and create results we are known for. For this reason, we do not offer just logos.
