How soon can we start my project?
We typically book projects 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure every client gets our full, undivided strategic attention. However, if you have a tight deadline, let us know in your inquiry form—we always do our best to accommodate.
What information should I have ready before our first call?
Don’t worry about having everything “perfect.” It’s helpful to have a general idea of your goals, your target audience, and a rough budget. Just bring yourself and your story; we’ll handle the strategy.
What kind of businesses or industries do you specialize in working with?
While our strategic design principles are adaptable, we particularly love partnering with female entrepreneurs who are solo-preneurs or own medium-sized businesses. Our sweet spot is helping those in the health and wellness space (like therapists, fitness trainers, nutritionists, and chiropractors) or professional service fields (such as lawyers and HR consultants) elevate their brand. We’re passionate about transforming the visions of these dedicated professionals into impactful design.
What website platforms do you use?
We craft robust and beautiful websites across a range of powerful platforms to best suit your needs. Our primary tools include Squarespace (where we’re proud Circle Gold Partners), WordPress (leveraging over 10 years of experience with Divi and Elementor), and Shopify for e-commerce solutions. Furthermore, with my foundational knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and PHP from my Web Design and Development certificate from McMaster University, I have the capability and understanding to work on virtually any platform. This allows us to offer truly customized and flexible web solutions.
I already have a logo I love. Can you just build the website?
We love working with established identities! If your current branding is strong and professional, we can certainly focus on the Web Design phase.
We’ll perform a brief “Brand Health Check” to ensure your existing assets are high-resolution and ready for the web before we begin the build.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
Before we officially kick off your project, we’ll equip you with a comprehensive Welcome Package and Guide to help you gather essential information – think of it as creative homework! This guide includes detailed questionnaires about your business, goals, and target audience, as well as prompts for creating an inspirational Pinterest board. For website projects, you’ll also find copywriting templates to help structure your content, along with a curated list of trusted copywriter and photographer referrals if you need professional assistance. This ensures we have all the necessary content and insights ready for a seamless start to our design process on your project’s start date.
What is a 'round of revision,' and how many do I get?
A ’round of revision’ is a dedicated period where you provide consolidated feedback on a specific stage of your project, typically via email or a verbal conversation. Our standard packages generally include up to 2 rounds of revisions during the project, unless otherwise specified in your contract. This structured approach ensures efficiency and keeps the project moving forward. Please note that additional fees may apply if more than 2 rounds of revisions are requested.
